Signature Moves
Our Signature Moves class blends the best of Pilates with dynamic, full-body workout for a side of feel-good fire. Expect controlled flow and functional movements with playful props like bands, weights, and balls to keep things fresh.
It's a full-body workout with minimal cued breaks to fatigue your target muscles, aimed to challenge experienced clients. Ideal for those who have attended pilates or functional exercise previously. Modifications and regressions will be offered to adapt movements.
Foundation Moves
Build the foundations to move with strength, control and confidence.
This is your starting point into The Moves method. Slower-paced but still dynamic, this class focuses on technique, alignment and understanding how your body moves. Expect a full-body workout that blends strength, stability and stretch, giving you the tools to progress into more advanced flows. It’s slower, but don’t mistake that for easy. We’re still working..
Perfect if you’re new to Pilates, returning after a break, or looking to refine your form.
Strong Moves
Strong Moves is a powerful fusion blending weights with the strength, control, and flow of pilates for the ultimate full body challenge. Expect heavier weights, compound movements, and seamless transitions and our signature cardio bursts to keep your heart rate high. Week by week we will programme for progressive overload to build strength, endurance and control in one smooth, energising session. Not pre/postnatal friendly; modifications and weight options available
Sculpt Moves
Move to the beat. Stay for the burn.
Sculpt Moves is a high-energy, rhythm-based class designed to build muscular endurance, tone the body and elevate your heart rate. Using light weights, bands and bodyweight, you’ll move through targeted sections like arms, glutes and core, with small, controlled movements that build intensity over time.
Expect a seamless blend of Pilates, strength and cardio, with moments that challenge your control and lift your heart rate. It’s continuous, immersive and doesn’t let up.
Low impact. High repetition. Seriously effective.
