Signature Moves

Our Signature Moves class blends the best of Pilates with dynamic, full-body workout for a side of feel-good fire. Expect controlled flow and functional movements with optional cardio bursts. We will use playful props like bands, weights, and balls to keep things fresh.

It's a full-body workout with minimal cued breaks aimed to challenge experienced clients. Ideal for those who have attended pilates or functional exercise previously. Modifications and regressions will be offered to adapt movements.

Core Moves

Recommended for beginners

Core Moves has pilates at its core! You will work your core (it’s in the name!) but you will get a full-body pilates flow blending strength, stability, and stretch to lengthen and realign the body. Perfect for beginners or those seeking a lower-impact, slower flow. Expect fluid and challenging movement to unlock tight spots, improve mobility, and leave you feeling lighter and more connected through our contemporary class style. Open-level and pre/postnatal friendly, with modifications offered throughout.

Strong Moves

Strong Moves is a powerful fusion blending weights with the strength, control, and flow of pilates for the ultimate full body challenge. Expect heavier weights, compound movements, and seamless transitions and our signature cardio bursts to keep your heart rate high. Week by week we will programme for progressive overload to build strength, endurance and control in one smooth, energising session. Not pre/postnatal friendly; modifications and weight options available
