Summer Early Bird Special - Terms & Conditions

The Summer Early Bird Special is offered by The Moves Studio Ltd and is subject to the following terms and conditions:

Offer Details

The promotion includes:

  • 5 Class Pack – £55 (usually £65)

  • Early Bird Drop-In Class – £12.50 (usually £16)

Valid Class Times

The Summer Early Bird Special is valid only on classes scheduled to start:

  • Monday to Friday

  • Between 7:00am and 11:00am

The Early Bird Class Pack and Early Bird Drop-In are only valid on eligible classes scheduled between 7:00am and 11:00am, Monday to Friday.

Promotion Period

  • Available for purchase until 30th August 2026

  • The Early Bird Special 5 Class Pack is valid for 6 weeks from the date of purchase

  • The Early Bird Special Drop-In is valid for 21 days from the date of purchase

  • Unused credits expire in line with the validity period of the purchased product and cannot be extended

Booking Conditions

  • Classes must be booked directly through The Moves Pilates

  • Subject to class availability

  • Standard booking, waitlist, cancellation and studio policies apply

Cancellation Policy

  • A 12-hour cancellation policy applies

  • Late cancellations and no-shows will result in the loss of the class credit

  • A £10 late cancellation/no-show fee may be charged in accordance with The Moves Pilates studio policies

Minimum Attendance

  • The Moves Pilates reserves the right to cancel any class with fewer than 3 clients booked

  • Where possible, clients will be notified with reasonable notice and any class credits used for the booking will be returned to the client's account

General Conditions

  • Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion, discount, introductory offer or membership benefit

  • Credits are non-transferable and cannot be shared between clients

  • No cash alternative will be offered

  • The Moves Studio Ltd reserves the right to amend, extend, withdraw or modify this promotion at any time

Membership Holders

This offer is intended for clients purchasing class packs or drop-in classes and does not alter the terms of any existing membership agreement.

Welcome Back Offer – Terms & Conditions

  • The Welcome Back offer is available to clients who have not attended a class at The Moves Pilates for 30 consecutive days or more.

  • Valid for one-time use per client only.

  • 20% off is applicable first month of a 3 month membership or a 5,10,20 class pack.

  • Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion or discount.

  • Class passes activate on the date of purchase and are subject to standard expiry terms.

  • Non-refundable, non-transferable and not redeemable for cash.

  • The Moves Studio ltd reserves the right to verify eligibility and amend or withdraw this offer at any time.
