September Challenge Terms & Conditions

1. The Challenge
1.1 The September Challenge ("the Challenge") is run by The Moves Pilates ("the Promoter").
1.2 The Challenge runs from 7th September 2025 to 3rd October 2025 (inclusive).
1.3 By participating in the Challenge, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
2. Eligibility
2.1 The Challenge is open to all active clients of The Moves Pilates who hold a valid class pack or membership during the Challenge period.
2.2 The Challenge is not open to employees or instructors of The Moves Pilates or their immediate family members.
3. How to Enter
3.1 To participate in the Challenge, clients must have a minimum of 13 class credits available for use during the Challenge period, either through an existing membership, a membership top-up, or by purchasing a suitable class pack.
3.2 Bingo cards are available to collect in the studio from 7th September 2025.
3.2 To enter, participants must collect a bingo card, write their name on it and place it on the designated black locker in the studio for safe keeping.
3.3 Each bingo card contains 16 squares to be completed over the 4-week Challenge period. 3.4 To be entered into the prize draw, participants must complete all 16 squares on their bingo card before 3rd October 2025.
3.5 Only one entry per person is permitted.
4. Prizes
4.1 The following prizes are available:
First Prize (x1): One month's unlimited membership at The Moves Pilates plus The Moves Pilates merchandise.
Runner Up (x2): A 5 class pack plus The Moves Pilates merchandise.
Consistency Line: Any participant who completes a full line on their bingo card will receive one complimentary class. This is separate to the prize draw.
4.2 Prizes are non-transferable and no cash alternative will be offered.
4.3 The Promoter reserves the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value if circumstances require.
5. Winner Selection
5.1 Winners and runners up will be selected at random from all eligible completed entries on 5th October 2025.
5.2 Winners will be notified via email. If a winner does not respond within 14 days of notification, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
5.3 The Promoter's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
6. Class Packs
6.1 Challenge class packs purchased to support participation are valid for 4 weeks from 7th September 2025.
6.2 Class packs are non-refundable and non-transferable.
7. General
7.1 The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, amend or withdraw the Challenge at any time without prior notice.
7.2 The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries lost, damaged or delayed.
Student & Blue Light Discount Terms & Conditions

1. The Discount
1.1 The Moves Pilates offers a 10% discount on memberships to eligible students and Blue Light Card holders ("the Discount").
1.2 By applying for the Discount, applicants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

2. Eligibility
2.1 The Discount is available to:
Students in full or part-time education who hold a valid student card.
Blue Light Card holders, including NHS staff, emergency services, and armed forces personnel.
2.2 Proof of eligibility must be provided at the time of application and may be requested again at any time.
2.3 The Discount is non-transferable and is valid for the named account holder only.
3. How to Apply
3.1 To apply for the Discount, eligible applicants must:
Create an account with The Moves Pilates.
Email a photo of their valid student card or Blue Light Card to hello@themovespilates.com.
3.2 Applications will be reviewed and the Discount applied to the eligible account once verification is confirmed. You will be notified by email once this has been done.
3.3 The Promoter reserves the right to refuse any application where eligibility cannot be verified.
3.4 Payment details may be required via a secure payment link if they are not already stored on your account.
4. Exclusions
4.1 The Discount is not valid on the New Client Offer.
4.2 The Discount cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, promotion or discount unless otherwise stated.
4.3 The Discount applies to memberships and class packs only and cannot be applied to drop-in classes, events, or merchandise.
4.4 The Discount is not valid on 4 class per month memberships.
5. General
5.1 The Promoter reserves the right to withdraw or amend the Discount at any time without prior notice.
5.2 The Discount is subject to the applicant maintaining a valid and active membership with The Moves Pilates.
5.3 If at any point an applicant can no longer verify their eligibility, the Discount will be removed from their account.
Welcome Back Offer – Terms & Conditions
The Welcome Back offer is available to clients who have not attended a class at The Moves Pilates for 30 consecutive days or more.
Valid for one-time use per client only.
20% off is applicable first month of a 3 month membership or a 5,10,20 class pack.
Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion or discount.
Class passes activate on the date of purchase and are subject to standard expiry terms.
Non-refundable, non-transferable and not redeemable for cash.
The Moves Studio ltd reserves the right to verify eligibility and amend or withdraw this offer at any time.
