Foundation Moves
Our most beginner-friendly class. Slower, form-focused and designed to help you build confidence, control and strength.

Signature Moves
Our most dynamic Pilates-based class. Expect seamless flow, layered progressions and a strong full-body burn.

Sculpt Moves
A high-rep, beat-driven class using light weights, bands and bodyweight to build endurance, definition and control.

Strong Moves
A strength-focused class combining weights with Pilates control and flow for a powerful full-body session.

Book a class on the timetable (your 14 days starts from your first visit). If you’re unsure, start with Foundation Moves.

3. Use your 14 days

Come as often as you like during your 14 days. Try different class styles, times and instructors.

4. Build your routine

By the end, you’ll know how The Moves fits into your week.

5. After your 14 days

No pressure, no lock-in.

After your 14 days, you choose what works for you — a membership, a class pack, or drop-in sessions.

We'll share your options before your pass ends so you have time to decide. There's no automatic charge or no lock in commitment.

Your first class

Please arrive 10 minutes before class so you have time to get settled.

Wear something comfortable that you can move in. Grip socks are recommended.

Bring water, and come ready to move.

Our door locks at the start of class, so please arrive on time.
