THE SIGNATURE PILATES METHOD

Mat & Reformer Pilates instructor workshops & mentorship

Every Instructor.

Every Class.

Same Standard.

By Tanith Williamson - Founder, The Moves Pilates

Whether you're sharpening your own teaching through workshops and mentorship, or building a Signature class your whole studio can teach, I help Pilates instructors and studios turn their best class into every class.

THE SIGNATURE PILATES METHOD

Each stage reflects how closely we work together - light, medium or heavy - whether you're refining a teaching style of your own or building a Signature class for your whole studio.

Three options, one consistent method.

Light — Workshops

Instructor Workshops

Two ways in: book a spot at one of my own ticketed workshops as an individual, or bring me into your studio to train your whole team on-site. Either way, you'll get the same hands-on workshop on cueing, programming and client care.

  • Book a spot at one of my ticketed workshops (check Instagram for details)
  • In-studio, private team sessions, structured around what your instructors and studio needs
  • Mat, Reformer, or both
Medium — Mentorship

1:1 Mentorship

Ongoing, one-to-one work to help you build a Signature Method of your own - the teaching voice, class structure and point of difference that makes your classes recognisably yours.

  • Regular 1:1 sessions
  • Built around your own teaching style
  • For instructors ready to lead, not just deliver
Heavy — Studio consultancy

Studio Consultancy

For studios ready to go further: I can help build your studio's own Signature class styles — Mat, Reformer or Sculpt — with consideration to your target client. I will onboard your whole team to deliver it, with PDF guidelines to keep standards consistent long after I've gone.

  • Client & studio needs assessment
  • Full team training sessions
  • Written PDF class guidelines

WHO IS THIS FOR?

Built for instructors and studios that turn consistency into client progress

01

Instructors sharpening their craft

Book a workshop or start 1:1 mentorship to refine cueing, pacing and class programming to build a teaching style that's recognisably yours.

02

Studio owners opening a new space

Get your Signature style and instructor standard set before your first class, so client expereince doesn't depend on who happens to be teaching.

03

Established studios with inconsistent classes

If client experience varies by instructor, workshops and studio consultancy close that gap without a full re-brand.

ABOUT YOUR TRAINER

Tanith Williamson

Tanith founded The Moves Pilates in Glasgow to fix something she kept running into as a client: class style that depended entirely on who was teaching that day and progression was harder to achieve around a busy life. The Moves was built around structured trainer standards — every instructor delivering the same style of class, every time.

Over the past seven years, she's taught yoga and Pilates (Mat and Reformer) between Australia and Scotland, refining her own teaching style along the way by learning from some of the world's most renowned Pilates studios and instructors.

Before Pilates, she spent over a decade in creative production and operations, running process and standards for teams at global agencies and in-house brand studios. The Signature Method applies that same discipline to instruction, whether that's a style you're building for yourself, or one your whole team can deliver, every time.
